Q.Can I have massage?
A. Anyone can have massage. However there may be some instances where doctors permission is needed.
Q. Is reflexology painful?
A. The answer is NO it should never be painful it may feel uncomfortable in parts but never painful.
Q. Are complemlementary therapies an alternative to regular medicine?
A. NO, complementary therapies are what they say, they work side by side with regular medical practices.
Q. How will I know if a particular treatment is suitable for me?
A. A full and detailed consultation is taken before any treatment is given. If one treatment is not suitable another
treatment may be offered or I may refer you back to your G.P. or another therapist for example an osteopath or physiotherapist.
Q. What are the benefits of your therapies?
A. Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian head massage, On site acupressure along with many other of my therapies
will lower the blood pressure, improve circulation, Aid desquamation(removal of dead skin), Aid the removal of toxins, helps
to relax the mind and body,massage is great for tired and aching muscles, helps to release muscular tension. There are many
other benefits.
Q. Will I need many treatments?
A. That is dependant on what condition I am treating. Aromatherapy and reflexology both work better as a course of treatments.
